Be sure to include a copy of your insurance policy in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/safety\/emergency-management\/preparedbc\/build-an-emergency-kit-and-grab-and-go-bag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">grab-and-go bag<\/a> so you have it on hand during an emergency. If you don\u2019t have insurance, <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content?id=96B9624E00884380B82D07F0CF8F01C4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Emergency Support Services<\/a> may be available to provide support to cover basic living essentials, such as food, accommodation, clothing and\/or incidentals, depending on your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Not all hazards are covered the same<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">It\u2019s important to discuss coverage with an insurance company representative so you understand what your coverage includes \u2013 and what is does not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">Make sure your home, vehicle, business and belongings are protected.
