Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/assets\/gov\/education\/administration\/resource-management\/capital-planning\/capital_plan_instructions_for_2023-24_5-yr_cp_submissions.pdf\">Capital Plan Instructions<\/a> for eligibility criteria and submission requirements.
