With a revised new policy, the Director of Certification may issue an LOP for one school year or for up to three school years. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/education-training\/k-12\/administration\/legislation-policy\/public-schools\/letter-of-permission\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">updated LOP policy<\/a> is now available.
