Awarding guidelines support flexible, local decision making to&nbsp;help&nbsp;districts&nbsp;use&nbsp;their&nbsp;full allocation,&nbsp;recognize&nbsp;a&nbsp;broad&nbsp;range&nbsp;of student accomplishments, and support students&nbsp;as&nbsp;they&nbsp;transition to post-secondary study. Please ensure selected students are on track to meet\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/education-training\/k-12\/support\/scholarships\/provincial-scholarships\/basic-eligibility-requirements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eligibility requirements<\/a>\u202fby&nbsp;August\u202f31,&nbsp;and&nbsp;are aware that the award is conditional on those requirements being met on time.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The most&nbsp;frequently&nbsp;misreported data that affects students\u2019 scholarship eligibility are citizenship\/permanent residency.
