It is designed to support teachers through accessible, inclusive, and research-informed mentorship. Developed in partnership between UBC\u2019s Faculty of Education and the Ministry of Education and Child Care, with input from K-12 sector partners, this program is focused on promoting teacher retention with tailored pathways for First Nation teachers as well as francophone and French immersion teachers. The program <a href=\"https:\/\/ptmp.educ.ubc.ca\/\">website<\/a> is now live and mentorship activities are beginning in each of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ptmp.educ.ubc.ca\/district-partners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5 pilot school districts<\/a> that are part of the pilot phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resources developed through this initiative will be made available online for educators throughout the province and new resources will continue to be released as they are finalized.
