Schools with students planning to write in January should register them through TRAX data submissions. The Online Assessment Register is open November 17 through January 1 for review and edits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schedule your students for the assessments in your school\u2019s student information system (SIS). For MyEducation BC guidance, please consult with your level 1 support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before January 1, complete a TRAX data upload on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\">School Secure Web (SSW)<\/a>, reporting your students\u2019 assessment registrations in the XAM file (upload requires all three files: DEM, CRS and XAM).<br><br>&#8211; Students can be registered for specific assessment sessions through TRAX data submissions. A valid assessment session date from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/assets\/gov\/education\/administration\/kindergarten-to-grade-12\/exams\/graduation-assessment-schedule.pdf\">Graduation Assessment Schedule<\/a> must be used (i.e., January 2026 for this session).<br>&#8211; Registrations from the school\u2019s TRAX data upload will appear the following day <a>on the <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\">SSW<\/a>\u2019s Online Graduation Assessment Register.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before the end of January 1, review the Online Graduation Assessment Register for the January 2026 session on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\">SSW<\/a> to confirm, add or delete student registrations as needed for the graduation assessments. The register will be closed for viewing after January 1, but schools can still view and edit registrants in the E-assessment System.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On<strong> January 5<\/strong>, school administrators will receive an email about how to access the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bced.vretta.com\/#\/en\/bced-landing\/admin\">E-assessment System<\/a>&nbsp;(EAS) for this session and the technical requirements needed to ensure successful administration. If you have not received this by end of day, contact VRETTA at <a href=\"mailto:bced-support@vretta.com\">bced-support@vretta.com<\/a> and copy <a href=\"mailto:exams@gov.bc.ca\">assessments@gov.bc.ca<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From <strong>January 5<\/strong>, download the password letter required for administering the session to students, directly from EAS. Following step 4, schools will access the EAS system to review the list of registered students and add any late registrants as needed.
