New this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/assets\/gov\/education\/ways-to-learn\/french-programs\/2025-2026_fp02.xlsx\">the French Programs OLEP Planning Form \u2013 FP-02<\/a> is due by October&nbsp;31.
