This assurance is then used in their verification of the Public Accounts information to the Office of the Auditor General.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Ministry of Education and Child Care is responsible for the collection of financial statements and related items for school districts, the ministry requires that the secretary-treasurer sign and forward a copy of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/assets\/download\/535675EE86D847048E9FF49B2B8AAB0D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Management Representation Letter<\/a> signed and dated June 10, 2025,<strong> <\/strong>by emailing a PDF copy to <a href=\"mailto:EDUC.GRESDReporting@gov.bc.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EDUC.GRESDReporting@gov.bc.ca<\/a> by Thursday, June 12, 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please insert the school district name in the space provided in the first paragraph and ensure that the letter is issued on school district letterhead.
