{"id":56488,"date":"2025-05-16T08:20:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-16T15:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/?post_type=article&#038;p=56488"},"modified":"2025-05-16T15:02:22","modified_gmt":"2025-05-16T22:02:22","slug":"april-2025-graduation-assessment-results-now-available","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/article\/april-2025-graduation-assessment-results-now-available\/","title":{"rendered":"April 2025 Graduation Assessment Results"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>April 2025 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12), and Grade 10 numeracy and literacy assessments (NME10, NMF10, LTE10, and LTP10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n<!--noteaser-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group hide-on-main\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"taxonomy-action_or_info wp-block-post-terms\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/action_or_info\/for-info\/\" rel=\"tag\">For Information<\/a><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"taxonomy-release_date article-release-date wp-block-post-terms\"><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__prefix\">Published <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/release_date\/2025-05-26\/\" rel=\"tag\">Friday May 16 2025<\/a><\/div>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-post-title\">April 2025 Graduation Assessment Results<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>April 2025 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12), and Grade 10 numeracy and literacy assessments (NME10, NMF10, LTE10, and LTP10).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can access their results from the \u201cGraduation Assessment\/Provincial Examinations\u201d link after logging in to their account on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/education-training\/k-12\/support\/transcripts-and-certificates\/order-a-high-school-transcript-or-certificate\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/education-training\/k-12\/support\/transcripts-and-certificates\/order-a-high-school-transcript-or-certificate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">StudentTranscripts Service (STS)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information Available for Administrators on the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/principals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>School Secure Web (SSW)<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators access results on the School Secure Web (SSW) (Principal ID and password required).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assessment Session Reports&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>From the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/principals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>, go to \u201cSchool Reports\u201d and select 2025-04 to access:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results (CSV File Format)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results by Subject (TRAX1278C1)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results by Student Name (TRAX1278B1)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduation Assessment Distribution of Results (TRAX1374E Public schools) \/ (TRAX1374F Independent schools)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marks Not Downloaded Electronically (TRAX505A) contains results not in the results download files. These results may need to be manually entered into your school database.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Student Information System Data<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For MyEducation BC schools, data will automatically be available in the system within 24-72 hours of the release. Do not download the data file from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/principals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>, and await notification distributed from MyEducation BC when the extract load is completed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your school is not on MyEducation BC, go to \u201cGraduation Assessment Results for Download\u201d in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/principals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a> to download and import results into your school\u2019s student information system, if required.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: any students who were not registered for the April session via a TRAX data upload will not be included in these extracts (see \u201cMarks Not Downloaded Electronically\u201d report).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Student-Level Reports for Review<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Student transcripts and Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) are updated on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/principals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>. For Grade 10 literacy assessments (LTE10, LTP10), transcripts will indicate \u201cRM\u201d (\u201crequirements met\u201d) as the final letter grade, if enough of the assessment was completed. All other assessments will show the final proficiency score of 1 to 4 (Emerging to Extending), if enough of the assessment was completed.
