{"id":53807,"date":"2025-03-07T08:25:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T16:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/?post_type=article&#038;p=53807"},"modified":"2025-03-07T11:55:22","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T19:55:22","slug":"january-2025-graduation-assessment-results","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/article\/january-2025-graduation-assessment-results\/","title":{"rendered":"January 2025 Graduation Assessment Results"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The January 2025 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12\u1d49 ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue seconde \u2013 immersion (LTF12), and Grade 10 numeracy and literacy assessments (NME10, NMF10, LTE10, and LTP10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n<!--noteaser-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group hide-on-main\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"taxonomy-action_or_info wp-block-post-terms\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/action_or_info\/for-info\/\" rel=\"tag\">For Information<\/a><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"taxonomy-release_date article-release-date wp-block-post-terms\"><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__prefix\">Published <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/release_date\/2025-03-07\/\" rel=\"tag\">Friday March 07 2025<\/a><\/div>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-post-title\">January 2025 Graduation Assessment Results<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The January 2025 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12\u1d49 ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue seconde \u2013 immersion (LTF12), and Grade 10 numeracy and literacy assessments (NME10, NMF10, LTE10, and LTP10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can access their results from the \u201cGraduation Assessment\/Provincial Examinations\u201d link after logging in to their account on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.studenttranscripts.gov.bc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">StudentTranscripts Service<\/a> (STS)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information Available for Administrators on the School Secure Web (SSW)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators access results on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">School Secure Web<\/a> (SSW) (Principal ID and password required).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assessment Session Reports&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>From the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>, go to \u201cSchool Reports\u201d and select 2025\/01 to access:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results (CSV File Format)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results by Subject (TRAX1278C1)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results by Student Name (TRAX1278B1)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduation Assessment Distribution of Results (TRAX1374E Public schools) \/ (TRAX1374F Independent schools)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marks Not Downloaded Electronically (TRAX505A) contains results not in the results download files. These results may need to be manually entered into your school database.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Student Information System Data<\/strong>\u00a0<br>For MyEducation BC schools, data will automatically be available in the system within 24-72\u202fhours of the release. Do not download the data file from the SSW, and await notification distributed from MyEducation BC when the extract load is completed.\u00a0<br><br>Note: any students who were not registered for the January session via a TRAX data upload will not be included in these extracts (see \u201cMarks Not Downloaded Electronically\u201d report).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Student-Level Reports for Review <\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Student transcripts and Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) are updated on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>. For Grade\u202f10\u202fliteracy assessments (LTE10, LTP10), transcripts will indicate \u201cRM\u201d (\u201crequirements met\u201d) as the final letter grade, if enough of the assessment was completed. All other assessments will show the final proficiency score of 1 to 4 (Emerging to Extending), if enough of the assessment was completed.
