The survey collects information about the delivery of school food programs, including:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Program type\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approximate number of students accessing programs\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approaches to identifying students who could benefit from school food programs\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nutritional quality of meals provided\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Local food in school food programs\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Barriers to improving school food programs\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will be open until February 21.
