RAC is about doing something kind for others without expecting anything in return. RAC is celebrating 20 years of spreading kindness and caring and would like to invite you to consider joining this year\u2019s efforts, with your students, in planning intentional acts of caring within your community. The hope is that by doing this during RAC week, it will become a regular part of students\u2019 lives, resulting in positive mental health boosts through empathy and compassion.
