These learning communities are for senior leaders and their teams and will focus on continuing to build capacity through collaboration and self-reflection on topics including continuous improvement, alignment and ongoing engagement. Details are available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/app\/uploads\/sites\/808\/2025\/01\/2025_CoP_Poster.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Communities of Practice poster<\/a>. Registration for Communities of Practice ends February 7, 2025, with sessions expected to begin late February\/early March.
