{"id":50553,"date":"2024-12-05T08:30:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T16:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/?post_type=article&#038;p=50553"},"modified":"2024-12-06T14:55:43","modified_gmt":"2024-12-06T22:55:43","slug":"november-2024-graduation-assessment-results","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/article\/november-2024-graduation-assessment-results\/","title":{"rendered":"November 2024 Graduation Assessment Results"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The November 2024 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12), the Grade\u202f10 Numeracy Assessment (NME10, NMF10) and the Grade 10 Literacy Assessment (LTE10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n<!--noteaser-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group hide-on-main\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"taxonomy-action_or_info wp-block-post-terms\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/action_or_info\/for-info\/\" rel=\"tag\">For Information<\/a><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"taxonomy-release_date article-release-date wp-block-post-terms\"><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__prefix\">Published <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/release_date\/2024-12-06\/\" rel=\"tag\">Friday December 06 2024<\/a><\/div>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-post-title\">November 2024 Graduation Assessment Results<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The November 2024 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12), the Grade\u202f10 Numeracy Assessment (NME10, NMF10) and the Grade 10 Literacy Assessment (LTE10).&nbsp;Students can access their results from the &#8220;Graduation Assessment\/Provincial Examinations&#8221; link after logging in to their account on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/education-training\/k-12\/support\/transcripts-and-certificates\/help\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">StudentTranscripts Service<\/a>\u202f(STS)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Assessment Information Available for Administrators on the School Secure Web (SSW)<\/strong>\u00a0<br>Administrators can access school and student-level reports on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">School Secure Web<\/a> (SSW)\u202f(Principal ID and password required to log on).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Assessment Session Reports&nbsp;<br>From the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>, go to &#8220;School Reports&#8221; and select 2024\/11 to access the reports listed below:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results (CSV File Format)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment Results by Subject (TRAX1278C1)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment Results by Student Name (TRAX1278B1)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduation Assessment Distribution of Results (TRAX1374E Public schools) \/ (TRAX1374F Independent schools)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marks Not Downloaded Electronically (TRAX505A) contains results not in the results download files. These results may need to be manually entered into the school system.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Student Information System Data&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For MyEducation BC schools, data will automatically be available in the system within 24-72 hours of the release.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your school is not on MyEducation BC, go to &#8220;Graduation Assessment Results for Download&#8221; in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>\u202fto download and import results into your school&#8217;s student information system, if required.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: any students who were not registered for the November session via a TRAX data upload will not be included in these extracts (see &#8220;Marks Not Downloaded Electronically&#8221; report).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Student-Level Reports for Review&nbsp;<br>Student transcripts and Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) are updated on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>. For Grade 10 literacy assessments (LTE10), transcripts will indicate &#8220;RM&#8221; (&#8220;requirements met&#8221;) as the final letter grade, if enough of the assessment was completed. All other assessments will show the final proficiency score of 1 to 4 (Emerging to Extending), if enough of the assessment was completed.
