To help ensure accurate payments, wait for written confirmation that the change has been completed before submitting an enrolment report or a monthly Early Childhood Educator Wage Enhancement (ECE-WE) report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes will not take effect in a month that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the funding agreement starts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the funding agreement has already been modified;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you submitted an enrolment report and received payment; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you submitted a monthly ECE report and received payment.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>More information is available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/family-social-supports\/caring-for-young-children\/childcarebc-programs\/child-care-operating-funding\/report-changes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Report Changes web page<\/a>. Child care providers can report changes using the self-service option available on <a href=\"https:\/\/mychildcareservices.gov.bc.ca\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">My ChildCareBC Services<\/a>. To access the self-service option, log in and select \u201cReport a change\u201d on your dashboard.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Child care providers can also use the self-service option to request a mid-term fee increase. To do so, select \u201cReport a change\u201d on your dashboard, then choose \u201cupdate parent fees\u201d and indicate the facility the request is for.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the CCOF team has reviewed your mid-term fee increase request, they will let you know the results.
