Certificates and final transcripts are now being processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The June 2024 assessment session results are now available for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue seconde-immersion (LTF12), and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade 10 numeracy and literacy assessments (NME10, NMF10, LTE10, and LTP10)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators can access school and student-level reports on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">School Secure Web (SSW)<\/a> (Principal ID and password required to log on).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can access their results from the \u201cGraduation Assessment\/Provincial Examinations\u201d link after logging in to their account on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.studenttranscripts.gov.bc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">StudentTranscripts Service (STS)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information Available for Administrators on the (SSW)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Assessment Session Reports <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>, go to \u201cSchool Reports\u201d and select 2024\/06 to access the reports listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results (CSV File Format)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment Results by Subject (TRAX1278C1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment Results by Student Name (TRAX1278B1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduation Assessment Distribution of Results (TRAX1374E Public schools) \/ (TRAX1374F Independent schools)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marks Not Downloaded Electronically (TRAX505A) &#8211; contains results not in the results download files. These results may need to be manually entered into the school system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Student Information System Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For MyEducation BC schools, data will automatically be available in the system within 24-72&nbsp;hours of the release. Do not download the data file from SSW and await the notification distributed from MyEducation BC when the extract load is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your school is not on MyEducation BC, go to \u201cGraduation Assessment Results for Download\u201d in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a> to download and import results into your school\u2019s student information system, if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> Note: any students who were not registered for the June session via a TRAX data upload will not be included in these extracts (see \u201cMarks Not Downloaded Electronically\u201d report).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Student-Level Reports for Review<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unofficial Transcripts of Grades (UTGs) and Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) are updated on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SSW<\/a>. For Grade&nbsp;10&nbsp;literacy assessments (LTE10, LTP10), transcripts will indicate \u201cRM\u201d (\u201crequirements met\u201d) as the final letter grade, if enough of the assessment was completed. All other assessments will show a final proficiency score of 1 to 4 (Emerging to Extending), if enough of the assessment was completed. For more information, refer to \u201cAssessment Results by Subject.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Final transcripts and student Post-Secondary Institution (PSI) Selections<\/em><\/strong><br>Final transcripts (or transcript data) are sent as authorized by students in the StudentTranscripts Service:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/education-training\/k-12\/support\/transcripts-and-certificates\/post-secondary-selection#electronically\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Many B.C. and Alberta colleges and universities, as well as the Ontario Universities\u2019 Application Centre (OUAC)<\/a> can receive final marks and request transcript updates electronically throughout the year (when authorized by the student)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other PSIs will receive paper transcripts, which have been printed and mailed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/assets\/gov\/education\/administration\/kindergarten-to-grade-12\/graduation\/certificate-and-transcript-distribution-guide.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">B.C.
