{"id":43671,"date":"2024-06-20T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T15:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/?post_type=article&#038;p=43671"},"modified":"2024-06-20T16:30:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T23:30:06","slug":"trax-submission-of-june-final-school-marks-due-july-12","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/article\/trax-submission-of-june-final-school-marks-due-july-12\/","title":{"rendered":"TRAX Submission of June\/Final School Marks &#8211; Due July 12"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Schools are reminded to submit June\/final course marks to TRAX by July 12 to ensure students\u2019 transcripts are up to date for their graduation and post-secondary institution selections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n<!--noteaser-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group hide-on-main\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"taxonomy-action_or_info wp-block-post-terms\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/action_or_info\/action\/\" rel=\"tag\">For Action<\/a><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"taxonomy-release_date article-release-date wp-block-post-terms\"><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__prefix\">Published <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/release_date\/2024-06-21\/\" rel=\"tag\">Friday June 21 2024<\/a><\/div>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-post-title\">TRAX Submission of June\/Final School Marks &#8211; Due July 12<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Schools are reminded to submit June\/final course marks to TRAX by July 12 to ensure students\u2019 transcripts are up to date for their graduation and post-secondary institution selections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schools should start reporting final June grades as soon as they are available to ensure completion of their final TRAX Data Upload on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">School Secure Web (SSW)<\/a> by July 12, 2024. Accurate and timely data submissions are needed to produce students\u2019 final year-end transcripts, graduation certificates, or school completion certificates. Final transcripts will be sent to students\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/education-training\/k-12\/support\/transcripts-and-certificates\/post-secondary-selection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">post-secondary institution (PSI) selections<\/a> by July 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Early submission of TRAX files also enables the Ministry to manage the high volumes of incoming data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Should be Included with this TRAX Submission<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Final marks for all completed Grade 10, 11 and 12 courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A SCCP completion date in YYYYMMDD format for students whose Primary Program of Study is recorded as \u201cSCCP\u201d for the School Completion Certificate Program (reminder: this is not a graduation program)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If necessary, you may continue to resubmit TRAX files to correct any errors up until July 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Upload TRAX Data and Confirm Receipt<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TRAX data submission instructions can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/education-training\/k-12\/administration\/program-management\/assessment\/graduation\/trax-updates\/electronic-transfer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Electronic Transfer Procedures web page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If files are submitted by 4 pm, the following student and school summary reports on the SSW should update to reflect any new submissions or changes overnight:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transcript Verification Reports (TVR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student Transcript Previews, including XML transcript previews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projected Non-Graduates \u2013 Summary Report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduation Summary Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information about the new reports, please visit the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.bc.ca\/traxtograd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TRAX to GRAD Modernization Project information hub<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Questions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have questions regarding this data submission, please email <a href=\"mailto:TRAX.support@gov.bc.ca\">TRAX.support@gov.bc.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have questions related to other topics, please email <a href=\"mailto:Student.Certification@gov.bc.ca\">Student.Certification@gov.bc.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For offshore schools with questions, please contact <a href=\"mailto:Offshore.Administrator@gov.bc.ca\">Offshore.Administrator@gov.bc.ca<\/a>.
