{"id":42542,"date":"2024-05-23T08:30:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-23T15:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/?post_type=article&#038;p=42542"},"modified":"2024-05-23T14:02:17","modified_gmt":"2024-05-23T21:02:17","slug":"april-2024-graduation-assessment-results","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/article\/april-2024-graduation-assessment-results\/","title":{"rendered":"April 2024 Graduation Assessment Results"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The April 2024 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12), and Grade 10 numeracy and literacy assessments (NME10, NMF10, LTE10, and LTP10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n<!--noteaser-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group hide-on-main\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"taxonomy-action_or_info wp-block-post-terms\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/action_or_info\/for-info\/\" rel=\"tag\">For Information<\/a><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"taxonomy-release_date article-release-date wp-block-post-terms\"><span class=\"wp-block-post-terms__prefix\">Published <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gov.bc.ca\/ecc-dm-bulletin\/release_date\/2024-05-24\/\" rel=\"tag\">Friday May 24 2024<\/a><\/div>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-post-title\">April 2024 Graduation Assessment Results<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The April 2024 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), \u00c9valuation de litt\u00e9ratie de la 12e ann\u00e9e \u2013 Fran\u00e7ais langue premi\u00e8re (LTP12), and Grade 10 numeracy and literacy assessments (NME10, NMF10, LTE10, and LTP10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can access their results from the \u201cGraduation Assessment\/Provincial Examinations\u201d link after logging in to their account on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.studenttranscripts.gov.bc.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>StudentTranscripts Service<\/u><\/a> (STS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information Available for Administrators on the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/principals\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>School Secure Web<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong> (SSW) &#8211; <\/strong>Principal ID and password required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assessment Session Reports <\/strong><br>From the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>SSW<\/u><\/a>, go to \u201cSchool Reports\u201d and select 2024\/04 to access:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment Results (CSV File Format)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment Results by Subject (TRAX1278C1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment Results by Student Name (TRAX1278B1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduation Assessment Distribution of Results (TRAX1374E Public schools) \/ (TRAX1374F Independent schools)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marks Not Downloaded Electronically (TRAX505A). These results may need to be manually entered into the school system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Student Information System Data<\/strong><br>For MyEducation BC schools, data will be automatically available in the system within 24-72&nbsp;hours of the release of results. Do not download the data file from SSW and await the notification distributed from MyEducation BC when the extract load is completed. Note: any students who were not registered for the April session via a TRAX data upload will not be included in these extracts (see \u201cMarks Not Downloaded Electronically\u201d report).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Student-Level Reports for Review<\/strong><br>Student transcripts and Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) have also been updated on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/exams\/tsw\/princ_terms.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>SSW<\/u><\/a>. For the Grade&nbsp;10&nbsp;literacy assessments (LTE10, LTP10), transcripts will indicate \u201cRM\u201d (\u201crequirements met\u201d) as the final letter grade, if enough of the assessment was completed. All other assessments will show the final proficiency score of 1 to 4 (Emerging to Extending), if enough completed.
