The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and will be open until February 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This survey will collect information about the delivery of school food programs to inform Feeding Futures, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Program type, approximate number of students accessing programs, and cost to families<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food procurement methods, information about new and existing community partnerships, and approaches to sourcing local food<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutrition of meals provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagement with local First Nations and\/or Indigenous organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processes used to identify students who could benefit from school food programs and methods for targeting these students in a stigma-free way<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for improving school food programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions about the School Food Survey can be sent to the School Food Programs branch at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ECC.schoolfood@gov.bc.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ECC.schoolfood@gov.bc.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please encourage schools to complete the School Food Survey to provide an update on the establishment and expansion of school food programs through&nbsp;Feeding Futures&nbsp;funding.
