The ministry will be following up with school districts that have not submitted the questionnaire in the following week. Please contact AWIS at <a href=\"mailto:support@awinfosys.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support@awinfosys.com<\/a>\u00a0or 1-866-558-5339 if you\u2019re having trouble accessing the questionnaire.
