Districts should submit the Enhancing Student Learning Report and strategic plan to <a href=\"mailto:EDUC.Framework@gov.bc.ca\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:EDUC.Framework@gov.bc.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EDUC.Framework@gov.bc.ca<\/a>.
