Please ensure that all graduating students are aware of the July 18, 2025, deadline to make their Post-Secondary Institution (PSI) selections through the StudentTranscripts Service (STS).
STS Ordering & Distribution Information for Students:
- Current students may select up to 25 PSIs for free (within 6 months of completing their last course). They are also entitled to one free printed transcript order, mailed to any address.
- Additional transcripts (printed) and PDF transcripts cost $10 each.
- Transcript delivery depends on the PSI and the option selected by the student in the STS. For full details, visit the Transcripts and Post-Secondary Selection page.
PSI Information available for Schools (via the School Secure Web)
- Student transcript previews (including XML transcript previews) are available for schools to monitor the accuracy of student transcripts.
- PSI Selections – Student Summary Reports are updated weekly until July 18. Schools can use the report to track which students have made PSI pre-selections and identify students who may need support completing their selections.
