As per Capital Project Funding Agreements (CPFA) and Annual Program Funding Agreements (APFA), districts must adhere to the Capital Asset Management Framework (CAMF) guidelines and checklists. This now includes the use of these standardized contracts and their supplementary conditions as best practice.
