Starting February 23, 2026, graduation records and achievement data collection (currently known as “TRAX”) will move to the Education Data Exchange (EDX) platform. This means that EDX will fully replace the School Secure Web (SSW), consolidating student data collections into a single platform.
School staff responsible for graduation data submission are encouraged to attend an upcoming EDX Graduation demonstration session, which will cover:
- What is changing and how to prepare
- Graduation data upload processes
- Locating familiar reports, and exploring updated reports and new features
- Provincial Graduation Assessment registration management
