Please note that the guide has been revised throughout to include significant dates as well as key changes to elections legislation for 2026. If district staff have questions about election procedures, they can contact EDUC.Governance.Legislation@gov.bc.ca.
To view a map of trustee electoral areas:
- Go to the BC Electoral District Explorer.
- Click Add Provincial Layers at the top of the map.
- Select Education from the menu.
- For viewing Trustee Electoral Areas, select Education Trustee Electoral Areas and choose the preferred style option.
- For viewing School Districts, select School Districts and choose the preferred style option.
- Click OK.
