The Ministry of Education and Child Care has partnered with CanAssist at the University of Victoria on the Leaders of Inclusive Child Care Initiative.
A new collection of free, online resources includes self-paced online training, podcast series, digital toolkit, regional communities of practice and a position statement. These resources explore topics such as identity, awareness, care and collective wisdom as the foundational principles of inclusive leadership practice. Child care managers, directors and leaders throughout B.C. can benefit from these new resources available on the Inclusive Child Care Resources and Supports web page.
