Safer Schools Together and the Ministry of Education and Child Care are hosting a Community of Practice session on Monday, January 26, 2026, from 3–4:30pm PST.
Guest speakers from the Ministry of Attorney General will discuss outcomes from the recent Youth Insights into Intimate Images Protection Project including feedback from youth surveys and in-person engagement. Safer Schools Together will share trends around sextortion including deepfakes and AI-generated images. Participants will be able to hear youth recommendations to help young people better access available supports and they will be invited to share their ideas for increasing youth awareness and reporting.
