April 2024 Graduation Assessment Results

The April 2024 assessment session results are now available for the Grade 12 Literacy Assessment (LTE12), Évaluation de littératie de la 12e année – Français langue première (LTP12), and Grade 10 numeracy and literacy assessments (NME10, NMF10, LTE10, and LTP10).

Students can access their results from the “Graduation Assessment/Provincial Examinations” link after logging in to their account on the StudentTranscripts Service (STS).

Information Available for Administrators on the School Secure Web (SSW) – Principal ID and password required.

  1. Assessment Session Reports
From the SSW, go to “School Reports” and select 2024/04 to access:
    • Assessment Results (CSV File Format)
    • Assessment Results by Subject (TRAX1278C1)
    • Assessment Results by Student Name (TRAX1278B1)
    • Graduation Assessment Distribution of Results (TRAX1374E Public schools) / (TRAX1374F Independent schools)
    • Marks Not Downloaded Electronically (TRAX505A). These results may need to be manually entered into the school system.
  2. Student Information System Data
For MyEducation BC schools, data will be automatically available in the system within 24-72 hours of the release of results. Do not download the data file from SSW and await the notification distributed from MyEducation BC when the extract load is completed. Note: any students who were not registered for the April session via a TRAX data upload will not be included in these extracts (see “Marks Not Downloaded Electronically” report).
  3. Student-Level Reports for Review
Student transcripts and Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) have also been updated on the SSW. For the Grade 10 literacy assessments (LTE10, LTP10), transcripts will indicate “RM” (“requirements met”) as the final letter grade, if enough of the assessment was completed. All other assessments will show the final proficiency score of 1 to 4 (Emerging to Extending), if enough completed. For more information, refer to the school report “Assessment Results by Subject.”
