This Order applies to Crown land within the geographic boundaries described below and as outlined on the attached map:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Commencing at the intersection of Highway 3A and Lookout Road at Point #1 (49\u00b0 20.778′, -117\u00b0 35.268′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow Lookout Road southwesterly until it becomes Sentinel FSR at Point #2 (49\u00b0 20.281′, -117\u00b0 36.064′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow Sentinel FSR westerly until it reaches the Electric Powerline Right-of-Way boundary at Point #3 (49\u00b0 20.434′, -117\u00b0 36.972′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow the Electric Powerline Right-of-Way boundary northwesterly to a point along the boundary at Point #4 (49\u00b0 21.400′, -117\u00b0 38.879′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Take a bearing of 22 degrees for 6.92 km northerly to a point along AR10525.01 SENTINEL FSR at Point #5 (49\u00b0 24.855′, -117\u00b0 36.720′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow AR10525.01 SENTINEL FSR northerly to the intersection of AR10525.01 SENTINEL FSR and Pass Creek Road at Point #6 (49\u00b0 25.190′, -117\u00b0 36.695′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow Pass Creek Road northerly to its intersection with Spur Road at Point #7 (49\u00b0 25.515′, -117\u00b0 36.672′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow Spur Road turning onto Tower Road easterly to the end of Tower Road where an unnamed road begins at Point #8 (49\u00b0 25.646′, -117\u00b0 35.458′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow the unnamed road up the slope to where it intersects AR10525.03 SENTINEL FSR at Point #9 (49\u00b0 25.489′, -117\u00b0 35.065′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Continue southwesterly on AR10525.03 SENTINEL FSR, then turning left onto AR10525.01 SENTINEL FSR; taking AR10525.01 SENTINEL FSR to its end at Point #10 (49\u00b0 25.167′, -117\u00b0 34.254′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Take a bearing of 109 degrees for 1.63 km to a point on Fort Pilla Road at Point #11 (49\u00b0 24.885′, -117\u00b0 32.979′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow Fort Pilla Road northerly then turning onto Doukhobour Road until it intersects Highway 3A at Point #12 (49\u00b0 24.989′, -117\u00b0 32.142′)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow Highway 3A southerly to return to Point #1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Access remains permitted to all persons accessing private property located within the Restricted Area. Entry into the Restricted Area from private property is prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Access to Sentinel Look Out is permitted ONLY by way of the Sentinel Slog Trail. Entry into the Restricted Area from Sentinel Look Out or Sentinel Slog Trail is prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Please obey all posted signage and remain aware of increased traffic on Lookout Road as BC Wildfire Service crews will be travelling in the area in support of wildfire response activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\nUnder this Order and section 11(2) of the Wildfire Act, a person must not remain in or enter the restricted area without the prior written authorization of an official designated for the purposes of the Wildfire Act, unless the person:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enters the area only in the course of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Travelling to or from his or her principal residence, that is not under evacuation an order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Using a highway as defined in the Transportation Act<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Travelling as a person acting in an official capacity as defined in s.56 of the Wildfire Act<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Travelling for the purpose of supporting wildfire suppression or enforcement patrol activities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Offenses and fines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Failure to comply with Section 11 restricted area requirements may result in a violation ticket for $1,150<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
