PRINCE GEORGE – The BC Wildfire Service is issuing an expansion to the Area Restriction for the vicinity of Pocket Knife Creek wildfire (G80352) located in the Fort St. John Fire Zone. The size of the area restriction reflects the continued need to protect the public in areas where there are ongoing fire suppression activities and hazardous fire behaviour conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Order takes effect at 14:00 Pacific Daylight Time on Sunday, June 8, 2025, <\/strong>and remains in force until the earlier of Oct. 15, 2025, or until the Order is rescinded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Order applies to Crown land within the geographic boundaries described below, as displayed in the following map, also available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
